Goodness gracious! It's been almost a half a year since I posted a recipe. SO pathetic!! So here's a favorite of our family. We seriously eat this like once a week!
Ingredients:
Pizza dough (in the roll at the store)
2/3 cup Mayonaisse
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tbsp Basil (I use PC italian seasoning and it's even better)
2 cups mozzarella
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
3 medium size roma tomatoes
Directions: Preheat oven to 375. Open dough and unroll on pizza baking stone, it's already the shape you want (rectangle) so I try not to roll it or anything to keep the fluff. Just kind of spread it out the best you can without smashing it too much. Spread 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the crust. Cut tomatoes in thin slices. Spread evenly over mozzarella and dough. Usually rows of four. Mix all additional ingredients together and evenly spread over tomatoes. It's a little hard to get it to actually spread over the tomatoes, but you'll figure it out as you go. I'm confident! Then bake for 15-20 minutes on 375. Sometime I cook it on 350 if I think it's getting too well done on the corners and not the middle. SEE, but I have moved a couple times while knowing this recipe so it depends on the oven and the climate really that's why it's always different for me. Anyway... Enjoy! You will fall in love with this crazy unique "pizza". It's dang good!!!
